Hi Alice, the points are awarded for completing workouts. The more intense the workout nd the longer they are, the more points you get for it. They just keep accruing, and you can use them as a motivational tool. There on the website, is running tally of precisely how many points you have earnt since starting. On there too, you can see how many your friends have earnt this month, and , overall, how many everyone in Skim le land has earnt this month. There are lots of folks on here do some mega serious workouts , sessions, and get huge points each month. The main thing though, is just to see yours going up. Means you're putting the work in and bettering yourself. Enjoy it, and them and stay motivated. God bless you.
