Cardio is the best fat burner. But if you're looking to tone up as well, try HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises. These exercises force you to work hard in short intense spurts creating greater after burn (the amount of calories you burn after your workout is over).
HIIT exercises give the combo of strength training and cardio in one workout.
I built my HIIT exercises (Core Blast, Sexy Booty, 20x10) from workouts I found here and at ab-workouts-guide.com if you like em try Cardio Fight Club HIIT, Core Abs & Stretches, MAX Tabata Test, P90x: Ab Ripper X, or Strong Inner Warrior they're fun and challenging.
Also keep an eye out on what you eat (good carbs, good fats, protein, fruits and veggies), drink plenty of water, and have fun with your workouts.
