So, i know that do stretching is very important bit i don`t know what type of esercise (of stretching) do.
Clan you reccomand me some exercisex?
I would mainly suggest stretching and (foam)rolling after hard workouts. And focussing on your pain/focus points. I believe it helps to get hard muscle tissue get softer and longer. This is a reason i never try to stretch alrdy long muscles..
