What exercise do you do for lower abs? I'm always doing leg lifts and reverse crunch but got bored of it already. Any fun exercise you came up with to target lower abs?
Do plenty of cardio. Also, try exercises that hit your entire core (abs, hips, lower back, and butt). If any of these areas is weak (ie lower back or hips) then it will make your stomach look bigger than it actually is.
