Hi i do lots of walkin aerobics and boxing and a little strength but still strugglin to stomach
Could anyone advise or is anyone having same issue
Your food intake has a lot to do with the weight gathering around your stomach. Its like they say " You can't out exercise a poor diet". Clean eating, lots of water and as you lose weight your stomach will go too... But unfortunately you can't chose where you lose the weight from, your body decides. ***For me when I gained weight I gained it everywhere, but most in my stomach. As I lost weight I lost it everywhere and eventually my stomach as well....but its always the last to go for me. Be patient, continue working out, eating right, and your stomach will improve as well.
