Howdi :)

Been working out for 3 weeks now (newbie, yup) and i am feeling lighter. Shred off weight and lost 2.5kgs, and my tummy looks better now.

However tho, i noticed that my arms do not get thinner, and they're still a bit flabby. What programs can you guys recommend where i can lose both weight and unhappy flabby arms proportionally?

Dips and upward planks helps getting your arms stronger

Try tricep dips, planks and pushups focusing on high repetitions. Same concept applies to weighted exercises. Low weights at high reps ( personally I go for 15-20 reps) help tone an define target areas. Follow me.:-)

Don't worry about weight if u work with the exercise plans here u loss the fat and tone up in a couple of months just watch your diet try to stay with fresh and not processed junk good luck

Stand with legs hip-width apart. Put your hands by your shoulders, holding a bottle of water in each hand. Keeping your back straight, bend both knees and lower yourself into a deep squat. Finish by pushing back up to standing while straightening your arms above your head. Repeat 15 times. try this for 1 week.
