Stand with legs hip-width apart. Put your hands by your shoulders, holding a bottle of water in each hand. Keeping your back straight, bend both knees and lower yourself into a deep squat. Finish by pushing back up to standing while straightening your arms above your head. Repeat 15 times. try this for 1 week.
