Do cardio in the morning (before you eat) to burn fat and slim down. I usually start off with the "Hiit Me With A Carbo Burn" workout. Eat after that.
In the late afternoon, do a major group muscle (back or legs) workout with abs. I usually do legs first then abs.

P90x: Ab Ripper X this is an all round ab burner... Works great.. Do it every 3rd day.. Two days between is for your muscle to rebuild and recover

I just recommend doing lap swimming, and crunches, it works.
And also eat healthy:)
