To me, my stomach is the hugest thing. It seems to be bigger between my chest and belly button. Then of course the pudge. It's not super huge but it's gross to me. I was wondering what exactly to do and for how long to at least flatten this even if its just a bit. I'm 19 and I weigh 147. Use to be 116

I feel there i use to weigh 225lbs took me 4mth to come down to 175lbs. Egg whites,lean protein chicken breast,turkey breast,salmon, oatmeal,brown rice,berries,fruits,green veggies spinach,broccoli etc. fair as working out do fullbody routines you burn more calories. An invest in a jumprope
