I'm in! Day 1 done! If I do this will my stomach get flat? I am slender in the rest of my body-(5 ft 4 and 115 lb) but have always had a protruding stomach-it isn't jiggly at all-anyway what I was wondering is I do this for 30 days can I get a flat stomach? Thanks!

Planks are one of the best measures of core strength. I do them atleast ever other day. After 30 days you might not see the flat stomach you want but you should feel a difference in overall core strength. Just like my pesky love handle as with a lil bit of extra stomach pouch it's more about diet. Keeping a cleaner diet will go along way in eliminating any excess midsection visual. But you will strengthen your core and you should see those abs trykng to glen through with continued work :-)

Thanks! Been trying to eat cleaner but but I always cave in because I'm pretty much addicted to sugar!

1 of 3 done week 1 Reverse elbows a lil harder then I thought. Overall a nice get for the core along with my daily workout regiment.

Henk I couldn't hold a plank for 30 secs without collapsing to the ground when I first started. With work and determination you will become a plank machine.

Day 1 complete! I taught my GIRLS these techniques and now they kick my butt at core exercises! Looks like I have lots of work to do. :-)

Kate planks are one of the best ways to get the cire right. And I love them because all you need is a lil space. :-)

I agree George! I look forward to see where my progress leads me at the end of the 30 day challenge. I probably should not have done the fitness test before the plank workout, my arms were so shaky! How sad is that? Lol!

Kate I made the mistake of doing the 3 mim challenge one time before starting almost died at the end with the final 2 min plank :-)

Same here still the hardest for me but I was able to improvey flexability. Which is what I think the real problem was.
