theres just so many exercise to choose from
iam getting confused which one to do
my goal is to build endurance and pack some muscle or more

Browse for workouts and they will show you a bunch of workouts according to what body part you want to work on.
Endurance is usually built by cardio. Lots of running and jogging. There is a section just for running in the browse.
