Does anyone know of any workouts or stretchea increase spinal flexibility ?
If your spine is bothering you see a doc then get a second opinion or even a third. If you just want to increase flexibility i can say i was at my most flexible when i practiced ashtanga yoga. To see the asanas (poses) just google ashtanga primary series. The salutations and fundamental asnas are a great start. I urge you to take a class led by a yogi-ashtanga will push your limits if done right so get a good teacher to avoid injury. "You are as young as your spine is flexible."
