Hey all, I've lost total track of my exercise for a few weeks. Now I need to get back in shape, my main goal is I want to be ripped. Mainly the abdominal section but need to mix it up. What's the BEST workout programme that will burn fat aswell as carve out those abs. Need some dedicated motivation. Thankyou :)

You have to get your heart rate up using HIIT or some sort of interval training to burn fat. Use the tabata method, that's a good way to do a killer workout in the least amount of time.

I just made two new Tabata workouts. One focuses on abs, the other is more full body. Check them out. They are Alina's Tabata Challenge #1 and #2. I use those and lost 2 inches in my waist in one month.
