What can I do to get an easy Six Pack, I'm a girl..

In boxing we do a mix of crunches, situps, oblique twists, Roman chair, butterflies, scissor kicks, planks, reverse crunches. And a lot more lol but there are a good few. Hope this helps!

6 packs aren't easy. You have to eat really clean and be willing to do cardio and weighs. It's not a quick process...best of luck

If your stomachs is already flat I have a ab workout I personally use that gave me my eight and would give you six in maybe 2 weeks with a 2000 calorie diet.
6 inches- 1 min.
Scissors- 1 min.
Butterflies- 1 min.
25 crunches
25 situps
And then here's the magic...
It is a special set of 5 situps to make 1 rep. You do 20 reps. (100 situps)

1. Left elbow to right knee or left jab over right knee.
2. Right elbow to left knee or right cross to left knee
3. Both elbows past knees or block to knees
4. Left jab or elbow to right, right cross or elbow to left (twist for obliques)
5. Right cross or elbow to left, left jab or elbow to right.

So lol it goes: up left, up right, up, left right,  right left. Do this set of 5 20 times.

Do this whole thing 3 times at least 3 Times a week if you can and you will have the abs you want I promise.

Lisa I agree with cardio and eating...
Weights not so much...
Your abs are going to be worked naturally by doing anything that involves the core. This is almost all cardio. Using Weights like a 20 pound plate while doing situps is excellent for abdominal strength but by no means is it necessary or advised for the average person.
If you use bad form when lifting or using weights you can actually create an uneven muscle build which looks and functions horrible. Have you ever seen abs that aren't across from each other?  Or one arm way bigger than the other? Situps prevent this, pushups prevent this.

i have 6 packs already but i still am working to make more... hot? haha. swimming would really help. first remove those fats on your belly then work on you abs. with just a month results will show. :) i'm a swimmer though. :) hope it helps

I am a female with 6 pack abs, and let me tell you "it was hard", but for the most part easy for me cause I'm into sport.  Running long distance and alot of abs every day.  Start with a mile and 25 crunches and 25rockies, then go to 2 miles and 50 crunches and 25rockies and 3 20 second planks, then go to running a 5k and 100 crunches 50rockies 3 20 second planks and 3 20 second 6 inches, after that all u need to do is as least run a mile and do a lot of crunches,rockies, planks, 6 inches, flutters, sicciors, ect... But cardio is a great fast start ups.
