Cardio/Weights to keep curvy
I want to keep my curves(semi-thick thighs &booty) BUT i love Cardio:) doing cardio make me lose my curves:( so i went back to doing heavy weights focusing on lower body. Any Suggestions on how to maintain my curves. Ive done my research cia internet but i want to hear advice from somebody who has experience. I would rly appreciate it:) GOD BLESS!
