Well first off all tell me what your measurements are currently and what your goals are? Next tell me what kind off cardio you are doing, how long, and what kind of intensity?

Honestly, I would say no. Wait until you are at least 16 to be cutting that much bodyfat

Yes if you are overweight you obviously want to lose the weight. The only way to lower your bodyfat is in the kitchen and regular workouts

It's all about squats for you. You can't be afraid of lifting heavy. Squats are a butts best friend

I went from 164Ibs to now 152Ibs. My goal is 146 Ibs. I'm  on myfitnessapal. According to my food dairy at myfitnesspal, my total calorie intake is 1570.

My question is with my goal weight in mind, how do i maintain that weight once I reach that? Excluding water weight once a month.

Clean diet and regular workouts

Clean diet meaning no fast food?
16 Jul
More fruits and veggies

If you want to lose weight, fast food should not exist in your vocabulary
17 Jul
Not that i go for fast food. I was curious about the term 'clean'

I'm like 36 28 38 and need to drop like 2-4 inches off everything. I just need to eat better and do cardio huh
17 Jul
Well it all starts in the kitchen and yes cardio is a must, but I would suggest some high rep low weight training and HIIT routines

I've been on a low calorie diet & I've probably been on it on & off for two years. I'm happy with my weight but I do want to not worry about what I eat anymore like I do now. How do I boost my metabolism? I'm 15 if that helps & I lost 25 pounds purely by dieting.

Well you need to workout regularly. There is no way to maintain your weight and eat what you want without working out. I would suggest eating healthy but allow yourself 1 cheat day a week and workout at least 3 times a week.

Im naturally thick and a lil over 200. But im 21 healthy and active iv always bin lean for my size after I had my baby I gained a lil weight thats why I recently started Insanity and am doing great but is this the right choice because I want to lose weight and get tone?? What should I do??

17 Jul
Insanity is a great high intensity training and if you want to just lose the baby weight and tone up a bit I highly recommend it, however you should probably do weight training as well. And of course eating clean

Hi,
You might be my savior. For weeks now I've been trying to lose fat from my thights.. do you have any tips and tricks? Or perhaps you just happen to know a few good workouts for that??
17 Jul
Swimming, HIIT routines, squats are going to be best, but it really all starts with what you eat
