You need to hit some hiit(high intensity interval training) and increase cardio pkus look at meal plans.

Cardio is the best fat burner. A good rule of thumb is 30 minutes (more or less depending on the intensity).

Here's a few good cardio exercises...
Sports Conditioning Running
HIIT Me With A Carbo Burn

Also, try challenging your core (abs, hips, lower back, obliques, butt) in different ways. If any part of your core is weak it will make you tummy poof-out.

I have never had trouble with love handles or my weight but exercise is really good (duh) but a tip to stop from over eating is drink a glass of water before you eat to fill some of your stomach and also a cold glass In the morning starts your metabolism earlier. Another tip for over eating is eat until your 80% full because it takes your brain about 15 minutes to realize your full so I hoped this helped.
