500 push ups a day

Well im trying to get strong n have a silver back gorilla chest lol how about 500 push ups a day, 2 times a week who is with me?

yeah man all that is going to go into your endurance. if you switch that to once a week and do 300 in sets of as many as you can each time until you get 300 you will get really good definition. slap some benching with heavy weight on to your week for a day (a different day that is) and you're bound to get bigger and more toned. push ups are also not a good exercise for your wrist especially if you're doing such a high amount of reps like 500. the only safe way to do them is...

Tbh i used to do 300- 500 push ups a day for at least 4 x a week lol i had no gym membership n i was bored lol but most of u might think its overtraining n u wont build mass but during that time i seen the most results on my chest, i think its even better than flat bench press cause ur using core,chest,shoulders, n its great for endurance thats why i want to do this lol call me crazy but im going to do this lol

I wont be doing jus regular push ups usually i do incline, decline push-ups, fist push ups with dumbell, n superman push upsĀ  100 each

I think pushups are better than benching. I weigh 200 pds and bench 315 clean. 10x but I cannot do 500 pushups... lol... that's a lot. Most I can do in one sitting is 100 - 120 on a good day... Good luck bro. Tell me how it goes.
