What's your opinion on jumping rope and the affects it has on your body?
Jump rope is my favorite cardio and circuit training routine. my calves have grown from jump rope..u have to do different moves bc ur legs will adjust to the basic jump rope. How is ur experience?
I like jumping rope because you can feel the burn. I change my pace and do speed jumping and slow jumping. It makes it fun expecially when you add the tricks in. If you do different moves when jump roping you can feel it working your entire body. That's my favorite part. Plus you can do it inside or outside
