What's your opinion on jumping rope and the affects it has on your body?

Jump rope is my favorite cardio and circuit training routine. my calves have grown from jump rope..u have to do different moves bc ur legs will adjust to the basic jump rope. How is ur experience?

There are tons of fun tricks to do to keep the work out fun and new. Look up some tricks on you tube and before you know it you will be shredded. Jump roping for 10 minutes burns as much calories as jogging 30 minutes. Plus it's a great way to get the heart rate up.. Pretty sure it's my favriot way to warm up or even to end a end a work out!

I like jumping rope because you can feel the burn. I change my pace and do speed jumping and slow jumping. It makes it fun expecially when you add the tricks in. If you do different moves when jump roping you can feel it working your entire body. That's my favorite part. Plus you can do it inside or outside
