I need some exercises to help speed up losing my love handles. I always see standard exercises for abs, any oblique exercises to zap them quicker?
Cardio is best for burning fat. A good rule of thumb is 30 minutes (more or less depending on the intensity).

Also, try challenging your entire core (abs, hips, lower back, and butt). Your core is interconnected, so if any of these areas is weak your stomach will look bigger than it actually is.
