How do u get rid of lower abs fat?
Cardio is the best fat burner. A good rule of thumb is 30 minutes
of cardio (more or less depending on the intensity).

Also, try challenging your entire core (abs, hips, lower back, and butt). If any part of your core is weak it will make your lower belly look bigger.
