Hey! This is a routine to get amazing abs or to tone up a bit !
Wednesday: 100 sit-ups
Thursday: 120 sit-ups
Continue for two weeks. Then the last two weeks do them backwards to trick the body. So you'll be starting with 130 instead of 60.
