Hello I'm new here. I'm 45, and have been exercising an eating cleaner for a month an a half. I'm 5'2" and weigh 120. My most frustrating problem area I need help with is my upper abs. Most people poof out at the bottom, but I'm flat there an poof out at the top. Any help would be appreciated:))

I would do sit ups and once I'm done with that do crunches. these work outs are not really good for your back though so when I do this I make sure to do back exercises as well.

Start doing standing cable crunches,weigh push crunches they really hit the abs hard. Good luck
