I'm not sure if I should recommend this to you lol buuuuurt I think it won't do harm lol. 15 is a bit young though. But anyways if you really want to loose it check my post out on so you have belly fat and you want abs. Follow my advice there and start do push abs. Remember lean muscle burns fat.. Do push ups every 2nd or 3rd day. Give your muscle time to rest and build.. Eat healthy.. If your chest pains then wait for the pain to stop then continue. Also try out squats and sit ups. Don't train hard please! Do it at a slow pace. You very young.. I'm only giving you this advice to help you because it seems that it really bothers you..
