In order to tone butt, squats, donkey kicks, Romanian dead lifts are greats. For midsection, planks, bicycle crunches, roll ups. Anything that isolates the muscle group is great for toning. That being said, you have to reduce body fat in order to see muscle tone. That's where cardio comes in. To work those two muscle groups in with a great fat burn, try tuck jumps, burpees, the heisman, lunges with medicine ball twists. Circuits of high intensity intervals (HIIT) will tone you up and burn fat at the same time. Go for it!
