Muscle up tips?

Need help getting the muscle up. No problem doing pull ups, all kinds. I just can seem to get the fluid movement from the momentum of crunching your abs to moving your chest to a vertical position on top of the bar. I keep losing the upward pull momentum when I change grips.

You must have a good strong chest.. Pull up, put your chest over the bar and push up.. You have to be strong to do it fluently... In your arms back and chest

Search Cali muscle doing muscle ups and watch him doing it.. You will know what I mean
