How many calories do u need to burn a day

No!!!! Way too many!!! Talk to a doctor or nutritionist ideally, or use a program like myfitnesspal or noom to determine a healthy amount based on your height, weight, and goals. I am 5'2" 114 lbs small build. I need 1300 net calories per day to maintain my weight. That means 1300 taken in through food AFTER my workout. If I workout enough to burn 100 calories, I need to eat 1400 calories. If I workout enough to burn 1100 calories, I need to eat 2400 calories. If you are taller/thicker you would need more calories, shorter/thinner you would need...

Actually the food u eat through the day is burned by ur metabolism

Depending on ur goal and ur diet. For me I burn 2000 to 2500 calories per day and this is without counting my metabolism wich is 1500cal . So you should really check out what are ur goals and then let us now so u can get the right answer

I use myfitnesspal to track in/out calories and its a great app! I'd recommend it
