No gym workout plan

I will be in between gyms for about two weeks coming up soon any good workouts or programs for the time when I have no equipment???

I am new too. Just started the 30 day plank challenge. That is a good workout with no equipment.

Hi when you go to the workout tab in the skimble app. Use the filter tab for equipment and select none. There are lots of good options in thrre that will work you hard till you can get back to the gym.

Look up Sun Salutation B (ashtanga yoga) and do that series about 5 times in a row. Trust me, it's KILLER! My abs and shoulder were so sore the next day!

There are tonnes of workouts on here that are great and use no equipment! That's the beauty of skimble! Choose the area you want to work on and have a look at the available workouts!
