I've been working out since January; more seriously since May. My goal was not to lose weight, but to lose inches. In the last two months, I've lost 2 inches off my hips and 3 inches from my waist. I need an extra push for these last few inches, it seems like I'm stuck. My goal is to lose 2 more inches in my waist, and one inch from my hips. Anyone know any specific exercises or plans that I should do/follow?
At that point is more about diet... cut the fat as much as possible from ur diet...
I did lose 10 pounds, but that wasn't my goal. My main objective was to lose inches. I do cardio in the morning, mostly running. I also do ab and butt workouts everyday; mainly because that where I wanted to lose inches.
