Hi guys, please suggest sports specific workouts

Well I play lots of sports. For soccer I do about 15 push ups and for basket ball I jog on a spot or go for a wee run and for boxing I do about 20 or 40 push ups and for rugby I run around the field or do 30 push ups is there any thing else you want to know?????
