Stick to casual and moderate intensity workouts, you don't want to lose too much body fat at that age or you will mess with your cycle!

For 14 year old u should focus more on general fitness. A little muscle is great...just a little! Dont go overboard (espcially with weight) and you're gonna fare well. Hope that helped!
