How do I compile a workout routine?

Ive been working out like crazy lately,but I dont really have a plan.Help me make one?I have yoga thrice a week,I walk on the treadmill and work on my abs besides fitting in crunches and squats and wall sits.Im looking to lose like 3-5 kgs and toning up my body.How should I combine my exercises?

What I do is strength training every other day and cardio on the other days (except my rest day). I do arms one day, core the next, and lower body after that on my strength days but that depends on your goals and problem areas. I also do light cardio (walk or bike around the block a few times) on my strength days. But that's just what works for me. Took me a bike of unorganized working out to figure it out lol!

Good I'm glad! Also sometimes on my intense cardio days ill do yoga after, it feels great!

Cardio with light weight any core exercise or fullbody wotkout. Intense are the best but do whatever u can handle
