Push ups!

Any suggestion if what kind of push ups can I possible to do to build the shape of my lower chest? Because I do push up that my arms are put in the chair or anything that my position became inclined. And the other is declined where my arms are put on the floor and my foot was on the chair. Can you help me? Because when I was pushed ups and my body was straight on the floor, the only part of my chest was build is the middle part.

You could do Hershey kisses push ups :)

Decline pushups. Works on your lower pectorals.

according to how you're describing it though sherwin, you want your feet on the floor and hands up higher it doesn't necessarily have to be a chair that might be too much of an incline. also if you're getting a good amount of reps you should notice swelling generally all over your chest not really just the middle part. using dumbbells to bench will also work out those stabilizing muscles around the edges of your chest.
