Any suggestion if what kind of push ups can I possible to do to build the shape of my lower chest? Because I do push up that my arms are put in the chair or anything that my position became inclined. And the other is declined where my arms are put on the floor and my foot was on the chair. Can you help me? Because when I was pushed ups and my body was straight on the floor, the only part of my chest was build is the middle part.
