Periodised Workouts

Ok, so I use a periodised plan for my training for competition climbing.

Whilst the leg stuff I do is minimal and not really useful for most people wanting to tone and build evenly the upper body days might be of interest.

It comprises generally four week cycles through Strength, Power, Anaerobic Endurance (Climbers call it Power Endurance) and Aerobic Endurance with a sharpening taper.

I'm thinking of creating them as workouts, as best as this app allows.

Would people find that useful?

Same here Adam, I haven't tried that periodization before, but I'm right into different challenges to get the upper body stronger etc. I would love for you to make them and for me to try them out. Thanks a lot.

I'm actually trying to become a more experienced and regular climber, so I would like to see what they are like.
