Need help to loss thigh fat FAST

I need to Lose thigh fat as fast as I can... I'm size 12 now and I wanna be size 8... Can someone please suggest me workouts to do and what to do...

Ride a bike everyday a few miles a day and you will actually see your thighs slimming down over the days ! Good luck!

Do you have access to a gym?

Really, I lost inches on my hips as soon as I started running. If your not a runner just start small! Even walking

I highly reccommend the C25K program (from active.com) if you are intersted in running but not sure how to start

I don't go to the gym... But I have a treadmill at home and I run on it ... And at the times it gets boring...

Run! That's how I got my muscular legs that used to be fat. There is also a lot of leg workouts on here that can help!

Yeah I run but I can't run a long Time so I take my bike

Try to just jog for like 10 min. then run for like 5 minutes and walk after wards. Do something like that so you can get used to running.
