Hey guys, I have been doing HIIT and power yoga, which I love. But I'm living with my sister in law and would great to have a workout buddy now and she isn't fit enough to try HIIT and due to neck issues won't do yoga with me. She has said she will do Pilates and swimming laps.
I've never really done Pilates and have no idea where to start and what would be suitable for beginner to intermediate at home DVDs/programs.
I love the blogilates videos on YouTube (or the blogilates website) but they might be too similar to the HIIT and power yoga
