5'3 , 270lbs ---I'm starting the gym Monday (fresh week start) What should I do? Cardio wise, anything else? Suggestions please.

You should walk on the treadmill with short 1 minute jogs every 3 or 4 minutes. Also, do some strength training. Nothing too extravagant. Utilize the machines and weights. Focus more on legs and butt one day, then the next day focus on core and arms.

Amanda, Do a lot of cardio and bodyweight exercises from this same app.. Combine that with a easy diet such as drinking only a lot of water. try not to eat junk foods like (donuts,pizza,cookies, chocolate, ice cream, burgers) and try not to eat heavy meals after 6pm or 7pm.
