Hey everyone! I wanted to share the workout I just added. It's Jillian Michaels' JM 6 Week Six-Pack Level 1 and I am SO excited about it lol I will be completing the 30 Day Shred tomorrow, and I will be starting this one on Thursday morning! I will also be doing killer buns and thighs (will be adding that soon), and JM No More Trouble Zone
This is definitely a FULL ab workout!! I know we all want results! Try it out, and let me know what you think? I have to figure out how I am going to space my new workouts. I'm thinking Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones in the morning, and then JM 6 Week Six-Pack Level 1 at night. Have to figure out when to add in Killer Buns and Thighs. Any suggestions?
