I dont have time to jog? Any advice?

Help me im on school and i have a sched for a whole day. How can i have time for working out?

There is always time to get a work out in. If your really low on time.. Think small but awesome. 20 minutes on a heavy bag and your smoked. 10 minutes on a jump rope is the same as jogging for 30minutes. Get a pull up bar, and do supersets push ups sit ups pull ups over and over for 10 minutes. A quike mile run! That's 10 minutes at a jog for most people. Just think man. Men's health plus this app has tons of 10 minute works outs here that u can do at home. Do people even look at the work outs or just want to be told what to do?

Ya I know. Hopefully I didn't come off rude. It's just this app has tons of cool stuff and I always see "does anyone know how to get bigger arms"? Ya look up arm work outs on here. I feel like I keep answering the same questions that arnt hard to figure out.

I never jogged. Do high intensity interval training instead. Just 5-10 mins is good enough and I believe you definitely have time to do that 3 times a week

Do a half hour morning routine a ten minute run 5 sets of 2:00 min push-ups and sit ups. Easy as that.
