Dude all the stuff you said you do is great for your chest. Remember it takes time. I would save up for a bench.. Even if you just use dumbells to press. Then u can do dips and lifted push ups off the bench. But all get bands. Very cheap. And u step on them and you do flys curls and if you wrap it around a pull you can do rows.
