Mine is :
 20pull ups 
50 burpees
50 claping push-ups
50 hanging leg raises
75 push-ups
 I do this on my rest day as a challenge so It's 2-3 times a week

Good,but dont do that on a rest day,do that after your normal program,tommorow take a rest,eat everything and cheat your metabolism...my advice bro ;)

My is:
25 pull ups
50 dead lifting dumbbells (60 kg)
50 push ups
50 rebounds in the case of 60 cm
50 raising the level ground,bench bar with weights(60 kg) held motionless in the air while the legs go up and down,not touching the floor (the best exercise for abs)
50 one handed ejections with ketlllebell (16 kg)
25 pull ups for the end

Without a break 3-5 per week,of course with other muscle mass/shreddd trening....and terminator is back :)
