Put ur music loud then u won't hear it fast breathing and it tried so u can run more

Start slow by doing intervals or conditioning for the first few weeks. Run one block or one lap then walk one until it becomes easier, then increase the amount you run and decrease the amount you walk. Example: first week- run one, walk one; second week- run 2, walk one; third week- run 3, walk one; etc etc. And it doesn't have to be every week, just work at a pace that's comfortable for you
