Can you be curvier through exercise?

Im looking for exercises to trim my waist and build my butt.Can you get bigger breasts through exercise too?I really need help with that because Im totally flat chested

A rounder butt & accented waist line are achievable. The breast well you can tone the muscles around to perk up but they aren't going to get any bigger.

I try to do them every other day or so to start. Once I reached my goal I was doing it once a week to maintain.
