Warm up and cool down tips

Hi everyone . I'm in need of some warm up and cool down tips and techniques. Any advice?

Post workout is the perfect time for stretching, muscle are warm and loose, and stretching is a nice way to cool down

When I warm up I stretch my legs, thighs, and arms, then do jumping jacks. For cooling down I do some yoga like downward dog or cobra etc. It's really up to you. There's a free program that I also referred to to help with stretches before the work outs.
