So I've been working out a lot at this ufc gym in rosemead.... while excersing it came to me that I hardly get sore anymore... is that bad? Good? Does this mean i need to work out harder? Cause i will do this cycling class and i remember the first time i did it i wanted to puke and now after a week.... its a breeze.. and I don't get sore... and if I do its for a day or two.. so my question is... is soreness a sign of working out harder? Do i need to step it up? Also... i do eat protien or consume protien shakes and i wanna know if thats why i dont get sore?
I wanna know your opinion overall about being sore.. weather good or bad :)
