Hello all

Just downloaded this application.

What are some of the healthy foods people eat?

Eggs, spinach, soymilk, tofu, protein powder for smoothie making, carrots, peas. Basically think high protien and low carb (except for fiber) and low calorie foods.

Oats (breakfast), bananas because of the heathly carbs,a lot of fish/chicken/turkey, sweet potatoes instead of potatoes, eggs, ....
