What's your daily workout routine through the week?
3 times a week I do strength alternating abs one day, arms, shoulders and back the next, and the last day i do legs and butt. Then i have a rest day with light cardio and stretching. I do extra cardio 2-3 times a week(on top of my job where i burn at least 800 calories 4-5 times a week). Mostly biking, occasionally walking or jogging. I also try to get in at least 15 minutes of stretching or simple yoga in each day, feels so good!
Split mine up 2 muscle groups a day chest and biceps
Back and tris
Legs and shoulders
Abs every day cardio 5 times a week
