I used to do workout everyday now I'm drifting off and I really need you guys to motivate me.

You don't need motivation, you just need to start and do it. :) 

You can not always be motivated, you just can't. People won't work that way. But you need to do your workouts even if you feel lazy, not-motivated and tired. :)

I agree with Mari. Look, I've been exercising more than 300 days per year for over 20 years. I'm hardly ever motivated. I decided to let that be part of the workout. Overcoming the fear, dread, apathy, ... whatever. Don't kill yourself with too much, but don't quit.

I agree with Mari...always let the mind control the body..not the other way around. Dont wait 4 the right place, moment or say:"i'll start 2morw"...workouts can b done in 1 place(even if ur wearing pajamas)...Take Nike's advice & "just do it"!..
