Are you up for it? Ok here it goes everyday for a month you do: 50 sit ups 50 pushups 50 squats 5 pull-ups(15 if you can do more) And last you cant have junk food/drinks If you can do this everyday you're super and you'll see results (good ones). So who's going to super. Good luck :•)
