I started this challenge back in may but didn't complete it because I lost motivation. Who wants to join me and start again and this topic will help to keep us motivated.

I've done my 50 squats today: 2 sets of 20 reps and 1 set of 10 reps. This works best for me but you can do what's best for you

I'm starting today as well I've done it before but lost motivation, this time I'm hoping to get thru it and keep going after the 30 days, we can do it girls, count me in!

We should post a picture of our progress every three weeks, and see how we're doing, maybe that will motivate us more from getting complements

Take a picture of how you look right and in exactly three weeks take another picture, put them together as a collage and put it in your profile and will see and let you know how your progress is going, I'll do the same thing and who ever else wants to do it, I'll remind you girls in three weeks for sure :)

Hey..im also doing the challenge and am on day 3...just completed 60 squats..i did one lot of 40 then 20 ..my thighs are soo sore but I really want a nice butt..

Dw you will see results after day 10. Me and a few girls on this are posting pictures of before and after 3 weeks of the challenge to keep each other motivated and we are putting it as your display pictures till the next update. Wanna joy us?

I've completed my 60 squats for today. I did 2 sets of 30 to change things up so I wouldn't get bored or tired. How about you guys?
