Thighs, loose fat & not gain muscle?
Any tips would be very appreciated. im 5 foot tall and already have quite muscular legs (and of course fat) so i just want to slim down without gaining too much muscle, i know muscle gain is un avoidable just looking for some advice to help me get to my goal. Thanks!! :)
If you do squats it will allow you to not only strengthen your legs but also get rid of some of the fat.. squats if you do them with weights increases muscle but without weights tones that area :)
Thanks!, i have been doing squats and a few different workouts - based on legs and butt (they all involve squats). Pretty much going through them all to see what's most effective in the upper inner thigh area, hate them sticking together in hot weather, want that gap between thighs, just to be more comfortable. Thanks for your answer, ill definitely keep that in mind :)
